No service delivery wasting my time

Booked in vehicle Monday morning, phoned at 3pm to hear what is going on and told that the vehicle wont be ready to collect at 4. I stay 160km away and not wanting to sit in traffic said I will collect the vehicle Tuesday morning, after CONFIRMING that it will be ready. Arriving here early on Tuesday just to find out that NO work has been done whatsoever.
4 Hours of sitting here waiting later, I find out that they have not even started!
I think it is only fair to now send an invoice to GearMax for the utter waste of my time.
For those reading this: GO ELSEWHERE!!!
