1 hour and 30 minutes and counting!!
Internet/ADSL problem reported on Monday, consultant called on Tuesday, promised to call back and didn't.
Called again on Wednesday morning, still not fixed, will send technician (apparently I'm too far from the exchange, but my house hasn't moved?)
Called again on Thursday. The call centre directs you all over the place and you have to listen to all the product offerings, none of which are of any interest to me, and it's virtually impossible to speak to a consultant. They desperately also try and get you to log on and place your fault onto the website, telling you how easy it is to do... Maybe it is, if you can get onto the I/Net...
So I did from another computer, and the progress report told me that a fault was logged - very helpful, NOT!!
Finally got hold of someone on Friday to talk me through the resetting but it didn't work out.
Got hold of someone else this morning who DID could help (thanks Ritesh). BUT it took 15 minutes for that side to answer, then around 30 mins to fix, and then put me through to someone who can reset my email which I still can't get. So I have now been holding for a further 45 minutes! Unbelievable. I've given up
