I bought a Kia Rio 2012 model, and I just invited frustration into my life over and over.
Even though the car is new I have had endless problems with it, some mornings I have to seek alternative ways because the steering wheel will not unlock once again. I have been battling with the steering wheel of this car since February and every time Kia fails to resolve the problem. The first time I took it in I was advised that the error was cleared and 2 weeks later i was stuck with the same problem. Again I was advised to try using my spare key as the error could be stored on the actual key and it turned out that I was given the wrong spare key that belonged to another vehicle and to date I have not been given my spare key. I took the car back on Thursday morning the 23rd of May for the fourth time now and I am now told that there is nothing wrong with the car, I am inconvenienced as I have to struggle without a car that they are not even trying to find the fault with the car. Calls are never returned and no one is giving me a solution, the car hasn't been fixed I am forced to use public transport every day. DON'T BUY A KIA AND MOST OF ALL DON'T EVER DEAL EVER DEAL WITH KIA RANDBURG,
