Refund still not done after 6 working days

The service at Centurion Budget is disappointing. I returned the rented car on Sunday (19/05/2013). It was confirmed on Monday (20/05/2013) that the 'holding fee' and all monies due as part of the refund would have been paid back within 5 working days and a detailed statement of charges. This has not been done after 6 working days. Talk about screwing up a person's budget! Typical South African service, terrible!
