Efund please Idid not use your rental service

Good day,

I contacted Avis to get a QUOTE on a car rental for one day, Avis did not have the car that my MD requested in their fleet, so I told them I will contact them back if we were going to use their rental service and asked them to send me a quotation which they did. The quotaion was for R 599.70 and then they took off R 1502.06?

We did not use their service and they still took R 1502.06 off my directors credit card - I have asked the lady that I spoke to for the quotaion to refund the momeny back but I get no response from her - bad service not to contact a client. REF: 3461-9738-ZA-6 17th May 2013
Not impressed refund the money asap.
