Poor service receive from Kia icw warrentee repai

My Kia sportage (DSG 266 FS) give problems when on holiday passing through Pretoria. The vehicle is with Kia Wonderwaters since 27 May. It took them 5 working days to remove the gearbox and they are now waiting for spares from Korea. They never phone with any updates regarding the progress, every time I have to follow up. Phoning them is also an unpleasant experience, they are irritated if you dare phone. The vehicle is still under warrentee, and they refuse to assist with a loan vehicle, because the vehicle is under warrentee.
With the last follow up they indicate the estimated time of arrival for spares is 24 June.

I incurred losts of casts due to the breakdown of my vehicle, but they don't care, and in no way were willing to assist. This is the worst service I ever got from a vehicle service centre.
