On 15 January I purchased a car from the Primo executive cars, on my way home I discovered some defects on the vehicle. The following morning I contacted the sales person to inform him about this and he said that I shouldn't worry that I just need to go to the nearest car manufacture and get a quotation and he will pay for the repairs. I did that and faxed him the quotation. For a long time he told me that his boss is on sick leave and I should be patient cause as soon as he comes back he will authorise the claim and my car will be fixed. He started sending me from pillar to post and up to today he is refusing to pay telling me that his boss rejected the claim. I tried calling his boss and I even put in a claim with his secretary. The secretary told me that the boss will call me back and every time when I call him they tell me that he is not in and that he is aware of the claim and he will come back to me ASAP. I had two claims of a worn out battery and damaged c.v joints they only paid for the battery
