Poor service and bad attitude

My vehicle, a Fiat Stilo, has been in for repairs since 4 January '13. Went in with a misfire, already costing me R7000, which has become what seems to be a mystery to Fiat (Brett Hardie) and CMH (Trevor Morey at H/O and Nick Hall Dealer Principal at the dealership) because they simply don't seem capable of doing the simple repair. Been misdiagnosed on 2 occasions, never having answers, false promise after promise, (only when we follow up of course otherwise we simply do not hear from them!) delay in parts delivery, wrong parts delivered - have heard every excuse in the book! On 2 occasions, due to their lack of service and delivery, and our demands, they accommodated us with a courtesy car. Now the dealer principal (Nick Hall) threatens me, if I don't return the courtesy car, with legal action... And still no word on completion and delivery of my car? I won't go into how rude and unprofessional this man is. Bottom line - DO NOT DEAL WITH CMH - THEY ARE OBVIOUSLY IN THE WRONG INDUSTRY, NAMELY - SERVICE!!!
