I inquired about a vehicle, Mercedes A170 at this branch and spoke to Kholisile Bali, Asked for a price on a trade in on a Mercedes A160 2001 model FSH 114 000 km, besides the fact that it took him a week to get back to me after I e-mailed, phoned and did all possible to get feedback he eventually gave me a ridiculous amount of R35 000 as a trade in, according to Trans union, which is way below, I can get at least R45 000 trade in and R56 000 retail, offers from other dealers was between R42 000 and R49 000!! I am sick to even think I wasted my time trying to phone and email and eventual get such a ridiculous answer? Its the worst service ever!! I will not do business again with Imperial ever if this is how your company does business!! i am very very upset and disappointing with Imperial Glen!!! even after complaining to head office, still no response!!!
