1 Year later and still no invoice for cash sale

We purchased a Ford Ranger from Ford and Mazda the Glen, in February last year. We paid cash for the vehicle. I have now been trying for almost a month to get a invoice out of the branch but with no luck. The branch's communication is poor to say the least. Will never again do business with them.
