Another excellent buying experience

This is the 2nd time I've bought a used car from Lyndhurst Auto BMW and there are a couple of reasons for that:

1. They deliver what they promise.
2. They keep you informed.
3. They really work hard to give impressive service.
4. They don't forget about you once the $ is paid.

I spoke to salesperson Gary Fraser on the phone, told him what I wanted and, a few days later, went through for some test driving. He was pleasant, patient, totally un-pushy and happy to explain all of the silly things a grown-up driver should really know by now (but I don't).

Along the way he kept me informed of what was happening with the vehicle I liked, managed to negotiate some lovely extras for me, and gave my husband and I such an impressive hand-over experience that we're spoiled for future car purchases.

He was also more than willing to speedily handle the few little things that cropped up after I'd taken delivery of the car.

What a pleasure. I'll definitely be shopping at Lyndhurst for BMW #3 one day!
