6 days and they haven't even ordered the parts

My vehicle broke down on Wednesday 16th, and was told on the 18th that parts had been ordered. This was not true, however, and as of Tuesday 22nd they still have not ordered the parts. I'm driving a rental at significant personal cost, and they're stuffing around!!
