1 staff to assist and no manager on site

I just spent 30 minutes waiting for assistance, only one guy to service over 7 pumps. Apparently the night shift staff not yet on duty. Its friday evening and its a major service station on the free way, midway stop with no service! We are not even informed of the problem and it seems like no one cares. This is not acceptable if they are on strike 6:41:43 PM us know, put up notice or something, that's just bad management of a major outlet. Failing which let us have self service everywhere unfortunately people will loose jobs but we cannot continue in this way. Bad service!!! Had to harras one guy to get some service.
