Great service from Hi-Q

After having trouble starting my car yesterday morning, I went to have my battery tested. I hardly stopped in the parking area when I was approached by Johan who asked how he can help. He tested my battery and said he can't anything wrong, but gave me his number and said I should call if I have any more problems.

This morning my car wouldn't start again. I phoned Johan and he and a helper came right over and replaced my car battery at home. When I went over to Hi-Q later to pay for the replacement he noted that one of my wheels were under inflated, so he checked the pressure in all my wheels and pumped them to the right pressure as well.

He really went the extra mile :)
