Handling of disgruntled custome

Good Morning

I tired buying electricity from various outlets since yesterday, but all seemed to be off line or had some problem or the other, so I stopped at caltex this morning. Cavalier Motors

They only excepted cash and I was quite irritated as I only had a card and had to get cash from an ATM.

However, the two ladies serving at the front of the shop was helpful and friendly, even though I was rude.

That is great service!
