When will it arrive???

I received a Blackball 250 from my dad which suffered mechanical failure. I went to Extreme Machines to arrange collection for repairs which led to nowhere as I was informed after making an appointment that there are no vehicles available. The bike was eventually collected and repaired by another service provider. However the fuel pump needed replacing and it was ordered from Extreme Machines, by the repairing company (i-style accessories). A month later I'm still waiting for the fuel pump!!!

The are the same people who helped make arrangements for collection but informed me a few days later they don't have a vehicle for collection. Why not say so in the first place? Why give me the collection fee if you don't have a car?

And now we waiting for a fuel pump. FOR A MONTH!!! Why do i have to be nasty person in order to get assistance, It's not like we getting the service for free
