Still waiting 3 months after submitting claim

I damaged the fuel tank and fuel pump on my car 3 months ago. Every week I get told the same thing that the tank and pump have been ordered and will arrive on Wednesday and the fitting will have been done by Friday. I've also been assured 2 times that a supervisor will go and do an inspection at the company fixing my car. Currently I'm not sure that my car even exists because I have been waiting so long. Also if I had cancelled my contract I would now be saving around R750 over and above having to pay for my excess. I urge anyone out there reading this to never insure anything with this insurance company.
