Missing Car Parts

Dear Peter.
I was involved in an accident on 23 March 2013 and Virgin Insurance towered my car. They then called me that they are not fixing my car as my tyres were not roadworthy. I am now fixing the car myself. I collected the car from SMD where the insurance kept the car and only to find out that radiator and wiper bottles are missing. I called the insurance to report the missing bottles and no one wants to take responsibility. I need the insurance to pay for my bottles as I am now only left with them to run my car. I want them to take responsibility of the missing bottles.
