Cheap black floor mat for expensive Captiva

Purchased a 2012 Captiva, questioned the black floor mat in the vehicle, Pierre Botha said it is normal as it is not a new car, was not prepared to replace with the standard Chevrolet carpet. I found his attitude to be not what General Motors Pledge would be. It was so easy to make me a happy customer but he choose not to do it. Hope there marketing lines is not "Spend R260'000 and get cheap mats"
