I walked into the Toyota dealership at menlyn to book a service, as i walked in no one even greeted me or asked if i needed help, after standing around for about 20 minutes i decided to look for the service department myself, when i Finally found them a bunch of tables manned by staff just stared at me and carried on with the little nothings they where busy with some just talking about general things in life, i just feel that if you want to buy a new vehicle you have more say than the president but once bought u are also considered second hand, but would they know if you want to buy if they don't even greet, i am a huge Toyota fan and always have been but i have to mention i walked into a Isuzu dealer half an hour later and got treated like a king, what happened to the brand we came to love and respect?
