WRongfully billed

On the 23 of April I booked a car from Thrifty for a month thru their website this was a standard cover booking little did we know that the holding deposit was going to be R5000... So we asked this guy to change the booking to super cover with the deposit of R2000... And he told us that this will reduce the number of days and that the renting will run until the 13th and we asked him to tell us how much should we pay to extend the car to the 23 of Aprlil. SO he asked us to pay R958 extra in order for the car to return back on the 23... Now on the 21 I am getting a call that the car was due to be back on the 17..And this guy denies that he said the car should return on the 23rd... they are and are ripping people off.. They also took R250 from me on the 11th of April... I dont know what is this for
