Thrifty helping themselves on our money

Me and my booked a car from thrifty for the 11-15 of April 2013 and we arrived and got a Silver Polo Vivo which had over 53000 km and also had a flat Tyre and we barely left the airport and we turned around and reported the matter and Thrifty was plain difficult but ended up being given a sedan Polo Vivo with less than 12000km and we only got that car at about 21h00 that day and all went well. We then returned the car in Gauteng Aiport on the 15th April before 21h00 as we got the car in Durban, to our surprise we were billed with an extra day amount and an excess waiver and other nonsense fees, I then reported the matter with Vadesh and also spoke with Hellen (the lady that deals with finances) and i was told it takes 14 days for money to return, then later when the 14 days was over, all of a sudden Thrifty developed amnesia and forgot. They owe me close to R600 and i want it back returned with immediate effect.
