Dollar Thrifty Car Rental South Africa
False pricing!!! USELESS USELESS SERVICE!!!

I went to thrifty's webpage to book a rental vehicle for March from King Shaka Airport, I booked the vehicle, and I put in all of my card details ect, and then received a confirmation email from Thrifty. The next day I called Thrifty at King Shaka to confirm my booking, as there was no reference number on the confirmation email, and the gentleman that I spoke to said that if I have a confirmation email then, my rental is definitely confirmed. I then called their head office to query, and spoke to Megan Leighton who asked me to send through the confirmation email, I did, and she then emailed me to say that the booking would not be honoured and I must wait for a refund. I then phone her and spoke to Mr Suleman, who was extremely rude, and would not listen to a signle thing i said. Megan then said she would get her MD's PA to call me. Nothing has been done, no one has called me back i AM DISGUSTED by the "customer service" that you have provided, and will have to go to a REPUTABLE Car rental company, as Dollar Thrifty does not keep to promises or provide any service what so ever!!!
