Poor service, bad attitudes and unreliability

My Dad took our Chrysler in for service three weeks ago.
No courtesy car was offered after the first week had passed, and the vehicle was still in for service. During the second week, when we enquired about a courtesy car, we were told that there were none available because they had been given to other customers who had been in an accident and were having their vehicle repaired, is this the policy for courtesy cars??
When we eventually went to collect the car, two weeks later, the staff at the Constantia Kloof branch were very unhelpful and extremely rude. Janet (a customer service employee-quite ironic) conveyed a very bad attitude to my Dad and didn't assist him at all because she was too busy eating her breakfast.
When my Dad received the car, the break lights were not working and the speedometer was sitting at 220 km/h, something which was not an issue before it went in for service. Only when my Dad demanded assistance were the staff co-operative.
If this is the service DaimlerChrysler South Africa is satisfied with providing then I'll be hapy to sell my vehicle and purchase another vehicle with a car dealership that prides themself on customer service.
