DO NOT BUY CHRYSLER!

My Chrysler grand voyager was towed into the Constantia Kloof branch for repairs. I have no idea what is going on with the vehicle. Between Daimler Chrysler and the Constantia Kloof branch, they do not have the courtesy to inform what is going on with my vehicle or when I will get it back. The service is atrocious. This is the second time that the grand Voyager has been towed in. I think I made a mistake buying this product as the reliability of the vehicle is questionable and the service departments even worse. I have requested a courtesy vehicle and am always told that none are available even though they are due to come in at any time. Chrysler do not care about their customers. This is the third time that I have had such a miserable experince with them. Once I recevied the vehicle back from a service with the windscreen cracked down the middle in line of sight and had to drive it home. There is a reson why Chrysler is not popular in this country. I will not buy Chrysler again!
