Once again I find myself very disgruntled at how Renault Vanderbijlpark can change their attitude towards the customer in a split second. After ongoing complaints since the purchase of my brand new car in late August 2012 and being told to please place the Ombudsmand on hold, I thought finally on the 14/05/2013 that my issue would finally be resolved. I met the owner, France, who kindly assured me that I would be helped and that they would do what ever it takes to assist me. Yet today when I walked into the dealership, I was informed once again by the FI that I could not be assisted as the owner has changed his mind in assisting me!!! I am displeased and dispondent at how under handed, disingenuous and misleading this dealership can be, one moment all are prepared to assist and the next I am left high and dry and without answers, and back to square one. I feel that I have been treated very unfairly and duped. I will now be seeking legal asistance, even though I was told the Ombudsman would be of no use to me as they take forever and that its my word against the used car dealer Isaac! I will not take this matter lying down. I have now had enough! I want my deal cancedlled!!
