Service/repairs and not providing loan vehicle

I took in my husabnds vehicle to bmw to get checked as the warning lights kept flashing and therefore needed it to be looked at. the vheicle was taken in to bmw brayanston on wednesday 15 January 2013. when i asked when the vehicel would be ready the service consulant (wandile) advised me that she could not say but that it might need to stay overnight to be checked. she called me and advised that vehicle would have to stay overnight. i then asked if they could provide a loan vehicle to use as i need a vehicle. she said no tehy dont have loan vehicles (i was shocked but said ok as i htought the vheice would be ready the next day). she then called me on thursday and advised that it was still not ready and more testing needed to be done. i then asked when it would be ready and she said she doesnt know but in all likelihood next monday which would be the 20th of May 2013. i was like oh no im not going to have a vheilc to use and therefore once agian requested if bmw could assist by giving me a loan vheilce while it was being assessed and repaired. she once again said it would not be possible. i am absolutely disgusted at this service that bmw has given me.
