My BMW M3 was bleeding engine coolant and the warnings on the car insisted I was about to blow the engine so I set off for JSN in Bryanston.

The service exec didn't want to help me, he didn't open a job card or even attempt to book the car in although I continuously affirmed my concerns that the car was very sick. It got to the point of me calling Mark Bower at Forsdicks in Rivonia in front of this JSN employee to try and get some help from his service department. The JSN employee encouraged me and didn't seem phased that I was calling anothert dealership to try and get the car seen to. I left with my sick car after realising that this person didn't deserve a job.

I realised that Cedar is closer than Rivonia and I need this car to get to a dealership asap. This was a terrifying experience.

Nono and Justin helped me immediately, I explained what had happened and they booked the car in for major surgery. Justin and Nono always called me before I could call them to see how it was going. I was made aware that parts would be necessary and they were just fabulous.

My car was back with me in 24 hours and I am the happy happy!!! Thanks for being professional and such a credit to BMW
