YEARS OF NON RE-IMBURSEMENT

Goods were packed and taken for shipping on 20 August 2008

I returned to S.A. and uplifted my goods on 06 August 2009 (which was
never shipped) and expressed that I ought to be charged for storage
according to the quote and agreement of R375 per month.
Furthermore, I also expressed that the packing had been done carelessly
using far more packaging material (more than double) than was utilised.
The amount for packaging also needed to be addressed.
My emails have just been going back and forth with no resolution.

Frasers have retained R18000 up to this date.
I was promised that the matter would be attended to on 10 August 2009 as
the 9th was a public holiday.
I returned to UK on 29 August 2009

I have only been offered a measly sum of R1350 instead of R15000!! which is due to me.

Frasers are not to be trusted - workers take entire days to wrap up sturdy plastic goods with tons of packaging material just to while away the hours - and the client has to fit this bill!!

this is what i have found. I have complained to their management several times but nothing has been done.
They seem to be arrogant and couldn't care less!
I think that they are THE worst removal company ever!
