WORST SERVICE!!! No More AGS Frasers!

My father (a South African diplomat working at the S.A embassy at the Democratic Republic of Congo),
was recently posted to Congo on a mission. He packed up everything he was going to need there,
and even bought a brand new Samsung LED 55inch - 5 series - 3D Tv.

The AGS staff came over to our house a week before my dad's departure, and packed everything up into their vehicle. All the items taken by the AGS staff was going to meet my dad in the DRC.

My father left for DRC, and since they take 3 to 6 months for new staff to choose the right house and the embassy to approve it, and allow them to move in; they stay at a specific accommodation / and all their shipments are taken to storage.

After he moved into a house, he received his belongings from storage, and after opening them, he noticed that the Tv had been severely damaged/mishandled. The screen had a crack from top to bottom. (mind you, this is a brand new Tv/never been used). His crystal grasses were all broken, and a few other items were damaged.

He then contacted AGS frasers/lodged complaints/fought to be heard/etc, and the staff didn't even show a bit of concern. They told him they would not pay for his items!
