Unacceptable Customer Care

My car went in for a service. After I got it back and while driving on the free way the oil light comes on indicating low oil levels. They sent a technician out to fill oil. I indicated that the battery light is also still coming on after indicating that this was a problem at the service.
ther was no response from BMW and i had to followup again.
