SPEED SERVICES COURIERS PATHETIC SERVICE

I sent one of my parcels to one of my clients via the pathetic services of so called "Speed Services Couriers".
they cannot be called speed they lost my parcel and told me that my tracking number is invalid. this parcel is worth more than R550 and this is the excuse they can give i phoned them to only hold on for more than 20 minutes. this is really pathetic and would advice everyone not to make use of there service!!!
