The piepols doing the sorting must have their eyes transplanted from their to the front of their foreheads! Why do you pay for a service when you could have ordinary post do the same! This is the second parcel of mine that has been miss-sorted. The first time it travelled from Jhb to Durban then to Cape Town both places of which are 1000kms from Kimberley. The second time round it travelled to Cape Town and instead of next day delivery it turned into next week delivery. I very much doubt if anything will be done though as it is a semi government institution. Rather there will be a strike because of my grievance.
