CAR STILL NOT FIXED

My car went in for a major service on 7 January 2013, Jacques Lombard assisted us, whilst we were there, my husband asked him to check the headlights, because the dims are not working and only half of the brakelights worked on both sides. We asked him to phone us with a quote for the front and brakelights as well as anything else that needed fixing. He phoned me telling me that the headlight bulbs were fused and it will be R224 to fix and the brakelights will be R50 both of these prices VAT & LABOUR INCLUDED!! I told them to go ahead and fix it. We went back to the branch, there Jacques told us the cost is R411.50 and apologized for his calculation mistake or whatever the he did! I paid it, stupid me, went home, tested the lights, nothing!! I still have no lights!!! I phoned Jacques telling him I want my money back! He said to me: "Sorry mam, but I did what I said I was going to do! " and I just need to come in again so they can check! I flipped! Obviously he did what he said, but the fact that my lights are still not working, proves to me that they did not bother to test the lights!! I want justice! Oh and to pay R3075 for a waterpump is ridiculous!!!
