My wife's BMW VNP915GP was damaged by hail Oct 2012. Booked in with Global Hail 14 Nov 2012. They (there was also an A&G representative present) said it would take 5 days to repair. Two weeks later we started worrying, as we had had no feedback from A&G. They knew we were relocating from JHB to Cape Town end Nov. Global Hail did not respond to e-mails. Indwe Risk and A&G told us to phone Global Hail directly. We had to leave for Cape Town without the car. I have been driving my wife from Kenilworth to Cape Town CBD and fetching her in the afternoons since then.(A&G should compensate me for my time and travelling).

Finally the car was traced to Zambesi Auto (at that stage A&G didnt even know where the car was). They had no idea of the urgency and only realised spares would be required when BMW was already closed for the holidays. The vehicle was only finished end Jan 2013.

The entire process was poorly managed by A&G. I asked them last week for an e-mail, still waiting. We wanted to sell the car before the motorplan expired end Jan 2013. The vehicle is now de-valued. How is A&G going to compensare me for all my financial losses?
