Budget Rent A Car
Bad attitude and pathetic service

Today, at around 15H00, I drove to Budget Rent A Car at Protea Hotel Mafikeng. The purpose for my visit was to obtain a rental quote. Little did I know that I would get 2nd class service from one of their African male staff members. I got to their table on to be frowned upon, and when I asked for a quote, I was given an untidily hand-written note with a number supposedly of their central reservations call centre.

If I wanted to be assisted by a call centre agent, I would have called instead of driving. Now I took my time, drove all the way from my office to Budget, only to be given a number to go back and be helped telephonically.

This guy did not even attempt to help me with a quote, which by the way, I have obtained before from his fellow female colleague. Therefore it was something that could be done on his computer in a matter of minutes.

I am a Prokard Member and I hope this is not the kind of service that you give to all your customers. I wish I had taken down the name of this particular consultant.

I AM DISGUSTED BY THIS KIND OF 2ND GRADE SERVICE.
