Bad attitude and wont take responsiblity

So I get a call from Shaldon essentially saying that they will be standing by their decision that I had blown the head gasket and drove a car that is over heating daily to work and back. Yes their 2 accessors came back saying that the head gasket damage is not from the crash... yet cant tell me what caused it... how coincidental.

Even after I tell Sheldon that the witness and the person i drove into exchanged information on the bonnet of the Jeep and that surely we would notice water pouring out of it due to overheating still a bad attitude.

What King Price have not told me is why when i took the Jeep for its first assessment did the accessor not do a pressure test to see if there was any engine damage. I feel that if they would have known this they would have written the Jeep off instead of fixing it and only finding out about the additional engine damage and now seeing that they are going to be making a loss.
