POOR SERVICE

Good day,

I am terribly upset with the service received from Renw-It Sandton. My vehicle has been with you for more than 7 weeks and it is still not ready. It is apparently in the assembly bay which it has been in since last week Monday!!! (A Whole WEEK)

I find this service utterly unprofessional as no feedback is given unless I phone in and ask for feedback.

Please get my car fixed CORRECTLY!! Also work on your SERVICE!
