Unethical and Deceitful

I used Day n Night removals to move my household goods to a storage facility in Gardens. I have used this company before both personally and for my business. This company aggressively tries to increase the price of the move on the day if there are any additional items, or if there is any slight change from the plan. Then, due to the fact that I was 15 minutes late in returning to the storage facility where they were offloading, where I was to pay them R2000 in cash, Eddie Stewart the owner, instructed the supervisor to retain a large portion of my possessions in lieu of the R2000 (value of items held /- R80 000). Eddie then held my goods ransom and added an additional R500 onto the price as a "re-delivery fee" (his words were "take it or leave it"), and told me I had to do an EFT and wait until the money cleared in his account before he would re-deliver. He avoided my phone calls for 2 days and eventually his wife sms'd to tell me they were still waiting for the money to clear in their account. I eventually received my goods 4 days later. Eddie was patronising and deceitful over the phone, and insinuiting I was avoiding payment in an effort to validate his unethical behaviour.
