Bad service and no feedback

Will never deal with this company even if I was forced to do so. NO feedback, promised to deliver card to my house, driver about making attempt to deliver the parcel, after calling him, he put the phone down whilst talking and did not even have he decency to inform us he will not make the delivery, then contacted Michelle, and was not helpful at all. Promised to call back, but nothing. Even promised that branch manger will call back, still waiting. I hope the director or owner knows how useless his staff are!!! Will not recommend to anyone to deal with this company or whatever you want to call this establishment.
