Fiat Edenvale looses my car and half job done

I took my car in on the 14 December 2012 for some minor repairs. I dealt with Virna in the "service" department. She booked my car in without inspecting it.

After phoning numerous times to find out how far they are with the repairs i was always promised that she would get back to me, which she never did. I eventually got my car back 2 and a half weeks later with only 3 of the 6 things i took it in for being repaired. There was always an excuse about personnel absconding or something or other.

To make matters worse they lost my car, someone had moved it out of their workshop and to a different parking lot. It was then shipped off to their depot as Shaun the Sales Manager just signed the vehicles over without checking that the right ones were being taken.

I collected my car on the 03 January 2013. Was promised the world and would be contacted the next Monday, to date i am still waiting.

NEVER EVER TAKE YOUR CAR TO FIAT EDENVALE NOT ONLY WILL THEY LOOSE YOUR CAR BUT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE STINKS!!!
