Watch what they promise you and read the contract

We recently bought a car @Alpine Motors and we were told that we are only expected to pay the first installment on the 1st of June 2013. it was a relieve to hear that as we had been paying for our written-off car and the last installment was on the 1st of April 2013. This morning we realised that the debit order went through, and we were told to check the Debit Order Authorization to our surprise the document is dated the 1st of May 2013. We are angry because we discussed this with Yogi and Nadine, but the contract stated the something else the 1st of May 2013, further to that we do not recall Yogi highlighting this as we signed the contract and she highlighted some of the things like the banking details, Postal Address. It was also an oversight from our side that we didn't check the debit order authorization form; we took it for granted that since we've discussed the issue with them it will obviously run on the 1st of June 2013. We didn't have a problem with paying on the first installment on the 1st of May 2013, however we wish they wouldhave been honest and open to us. This kind of treatment and misleading customers needs to stop it is unacceptable.
