Cars & Transport

On the 3rd of July 2011 I bought a hyundai i20 registration BC40KB GP which was a pre owned and my sales representative was Garvin, so initially when I signed the contract he didn't give me the my car spare keys

Unfortunately it happened that I got magged and I lost the original keys. And when I came to enquire about my spare keys my sales rep advised me that because this was a pre- owned car it didn't have the spare key. Its my responsibility to get new keys.

So now I gave to pay R3000 out of my pocket to get the original key whilst was not given spare key.

1. So I would like to know since the previous owner didn't bring the spare key how secure is my car?

2. How can yo sales rep issue a car without spare keys.

In addition, now your parts department is battling to cut the key its taking more than two days to get my vehicle sorted because one negligent person.

I hope this comes to your priority attention cause someone else will also go thru the same route and I urge you guy to sort this matter ASAP cause I'm not going to pay this amount. He needs to sort it out.

Regards
Jerome
