My very first interview was with Leandrie Le Roux, on 28 December 2008. She was miserable, unfriendly, rude and didn't assist me at all. I think she even deleted me as a candidate after that interview because she didn't want to do her job and find me work. My second interview was Thursday 20 August 2009. It was with Carla Moore (not Angie Shamley - as she was busy). I didn't like the way the consultants had somewhat changed at the last minute. 40 minute assessment 67 questions (consisting of: Comprehension, Spelling, Number Use, Problem Solving). 14 people attended this assessment. No calculators or cellphones could be used. Out of the 14 people: 12 females and 2 guys (1 coloured, 1 white - me). There were 2 white females, 9 coloured and 1 black. My score for this assessment was 82 % (minimum score to get 75 %). So me and 4 others were called to do another 8 minute assessment - which I got 70 %. Once that was complete, we were logged onto the CRSolutions website. Then I had the interview with Carla Moore who merely copied and pasted contents of my cv.
