Disrepected by Your Move Personnel

I had a scheduled interview with the Your Move Personnel Agency after applying for a specific role. This interview took place on the 8th February 2013. My interview was scheduled for 12pm, I arrived 15 minutes before the scheduled time. Upon my arrival I noticed there was another candidate seated, unaware that this candidate will be seeing the same consultant I did Melissa Taljaard. She went in before I did and only came out of the interview at 13:20. During which time I was not reassured that I will be next, I had to get up and ask the front-line assistant. I walked into my interview at 13:45 and it ended at 14:00.Slightly annoyed I felt good with the outcome of the interview and reassured that I will know in a few days if I had made the shortlist. Fast forward to the 19th of February I had still not heard from Melissa, when I sent her a mail she assured me that the client had to decide on when the interviews will take place. To this day 02 May 2013 I have not heard from Your Move Personal. I have an online profile with them and there as been no update posted on this page either. I am outraged at their lack of respect in which they seem to treat people, this from a client service.
