EXTREMELY BAD CLIENT SERVICE!

Yesterday I called Reginald on behalf of my brother regarding a query on his salary. Reginald was extremely rude, abrupt and shouted at me over the phone. He told me to call back because he wasn't at his desk, when I called back he never answered, when I called back a third time he hung up.
I called the office number and the receptionist said someone will call back. Paul Karsten called back but I was unable to take his call. I returned his call and explained what the situation was and also complained about Reginald regarding his bad client service. We uncovered the problem and Paul said he will get back to me.
To date Paul never called and neither did Reginald call to apologise.

For Quest being such a big reputable company, if this is how they treat clients, I'd hate to want to know how they treat their staff.

PATHETIC!!!
