Tricked me into paying something i did not want

I went to KFC to get supper for my family and was services by Sharlott. I ordered the 15 pieces of chicken and then realised that there was another backet with 6 pieces, 15 wings and chips> i asked her to cancel the order as i need to take the other baket. To my suprise, i was told that i can't because KFC's management instructed them not to void or else they will have to pay for the sale from their own pocket. I coun't believe this and i asked to speak to the supervisor (Selina) who also confirmed it as true *not sure why she did that* and then asked for the shift manager, who confirmed that it was not true, they should have done the void for me as i needed to change my order. I mean looking at the order i was going to pay R10 extra, so this means KFC lost a R10 more because of them (Sharlott and Selina). I just don't understand why would they to customers like that. They to me, how many people do they do this to in a day? They trick, and give us false information.
