So about a year ago, I complained directly to Wimpy about this particular Wimpy not surving full rashers of bacon they use to cutting the ends off of the bacon for what ever reason, and as a result I stopped going there.

Today I was forced to try them again, I ordered a Dagwood, soft egg white toast, and it took approximately 30-40mins to get to me, upon arrival I immediately noticed that it didnt have "Back side beacon" as described on both your website and the menu, but instead had the cheaper "streaky beacon" on it, the Dagwood was also not cut in half and the egg was well done and not soft, I sent it back, for this to be fixed.

When I went to go pay, I was greeted by the "new day one owner" of that wimpy, who told me I am mistaken as there training says "they need to use streaky beacon for the dagwoods" I travel allot and and eat wimpy allmost weakly, never have I received streaky beacon on a dagwood, and besides that why would both your website and the menu clearly state "back beacon" when you do indeed serve streaky instead.

So the brand new owner on her first day still believes that its okay to cut corners and not offer the customer, whats clearly stated on the menu.
