Extremely Bad Phone Service

We are regular customers of the Steers and Debonairs branches Silver Oaks Crossing, making orders 3-4 times a week sometimes up to R700 per order. the problem is not the food its the people manning the phones, they just can not help and understand the client at all, we have had the problem where we specifically place a order and repeat it 5 times where they still get it wrong some times. the have even forgotten some items that was ordered. how can you have people answering the phones for orders if they have no idea how to assist the client?? This is really beginning to get a real problem as i feel that Steers Silver Oaks Crossing's people that answer is incompetant. Worst service i have EVER had!!!
