Very Disappointing

I'm extremely unhappy with the service I received Sunday 31 March 2013 at my local Romans pizza. The manager has no idea how to speak to people nor how to handle clients. He was disrespectful and arrogant and all this after letting us stand in the cold outside after we have already placed an order. Only after I informed PEET that I was going to complain to head office did he changed his attitude which I think was unprofessional.

I've complaint to the head office and their response was very quick! They've informed me the Manager/Owner of Romans George will get back to me, and I'm still waiting, it's been 29 days!!

Very disappointed about their professionalism!!
